Hi! I'm Deborah Moskowitz...I live and create in the Skagit Valley on the Skagit River, which is at the foothills of the exquisite Cascade Mountains in Western Washington.

In the 1980s, I rekindled my childhood love of basket weaving and began making and studying basketry in earnest. The desire to add vibrant color to my weavings led me to glass and beads. Thinking that there surely had to be smaller, less labor-intensive things I could make with these wonderful baubles, I began playing with jewelry---turning my creations into small pieces of wearable artwork and extravagant personal
adornments. My sense of adventure, combined with the endless supplies of pictures in my head lead me on a never-ending journey of designing. I create pieces that delight the senses...to bring pleasure to myself and others.

One of my greatest pleasures is to share the things I love to do through my teaching. I teach jewelry and beading, music and personal exploration workshops. You'll find these offerings listed here on my website...feel free to contact me with questions or requests for a particular class.

Thanks for visiting! Enjoy....
