SoulCollage was developed by Seena Frost as a way to explore the Self and tend the Soul. It is both a tool and a process for gaining more knowledge about oneself.

Using primarily magazine images, you create a deck of cards that becomes your personal, visual journal. Each collage card represents one aspect of who you are.

Through a guided process, the card reveals information about that aspect of you. The cards are also used to do readings that answer a question you have, providing rich illuminating and healing informaiton about you and your life. SoulCollage is an intuitive process and helps heal and integrate the many parts of who we each are.

I embarked on this SoulCollage journey almost 6 years ago, during a time of great transition in my life. I had no stars to guide my way. Little did I know that SoulCollage would be a fantastic and ongoing adventure! The discoveries I have made about myself have been unexpected and exciting. I have excavated the buried treeasures of my spirit and shed light on the dark corners tucked deep. As a visual artist, I love playing with images that have given a wondrous voice to parts of ME that I didn't know exist. I have learned to love the light and the shadow, and in doing so have become more of a whole person.
